About Us

The Directorate of Quality Assurance, ISO and Performance Contracting is responsible for coordinating university quality management systems and performance management frameworks that support the University’s strategic direction and operational excellence.

In the month of February 2025, the Directorate of Quality Assurance, Performance Contracting, and ISO was established to strengthen university governance and quality culture. The Directorate provides leadership in the implementation of Quality Assurance systems, Performance Contracting, Strategic Planning, Annual Work Plans and ISO Educational Organization Management Systems.

The Directorate works collaboratively with all Schools, Directorates, Departments, Sections and Units to ensure that University activities are aligned with the Strategic Plan, Government Performance Contracting Guidelines, Commission for University Education standards, and other statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Our focus is to enhance university effectiveness through continuous quality improvement, performance monitoring, compliance management, customer satisfaction and organizational learning.
