Bomet University has been selected among 19 Kenyan universities to benefit from the Higher Education, Science and Technology II (HEST II) Project, a government initiative supported by the African Development Bank (ADB).
The project seeks to enhance the quality, relevance, inclusiveness, and accessibility of higher education through infrastructure development, stronger industry linkages, gender-responsive interventions, trainer retooling, research scholarships, and curriculum review.
Under the initiative, Bomet University will receive support for the construction and equipping of Applied Sciences and Analytical Laboratories, strengthening teaching, research, and innovation.
