On Friday, July 25, 2026, Prof. John O. Shiundu, Chair Bomet University Council led a team from both council and the University Management board for a pre-visit to the School of Pure and Applied Sciences Sigor. This was to assess the preparedness ahead of the arrival of the new cohort of first-year students expected to join in September 2026.
The visit focused on evaluating the institution's readiness in terms of academic facilities, infrastructure, student support services, and the overall learning environment to ensure a smooth and successful transition for the incoming students.
